• General Maintenance and Servicing including database, software and hardware updates, physical cleaning, data backup
• Asset Tracking through spreadsheets, maps, and even labels on the physical equipment means you always know where and what your technology is!

We will sit down with you to establish whether to keep, upgrade, or replace your existing system in order to meet your goals. After a thorough Diagnostic of your network, or in brainstorming the new network layout, we will consider adding equipment, users, and access points.

In the event you are moving away from us, we will gladly help package your technology safely for transport. It’s more than putting your tower in a box: we’ll label all of your cables and accessories, and can even draw a physical system map so you know exactly where to reconnect everything later!

Policies and Practices

Home networks can benefit just as much as businesses from good Policies and Practices when it comes to technology. Businesses who have written policies for their technology usage are less likely to suffer from malicious software, pirated/stolen material, illegal/unlicensed software, and lawsuits from employees.
